    Have a cypress test for explicit backlog planning view
    follow-up of request #16684

    With the goal of covering non-regression for the Explicit backlog mode, we should have a basic end-to-end test to make sure the Planning view is not completely broken.

    The aim of this test is not to do a deep validation of features, just to ensure there is no fatal error and the app shows up and loads backlog items / milestones.
