Follow-up of art #17180.

  • When someone push a branch that contains 'tuleap-xxxx", case insensitive, pattern. Then Gitlab triggers a Tuleap Webhook.
  • If the xxxx corresponds to a Tuleap artifact, a cross reference gitlab_branch #myrepo/branch_name is created.
  • The new cross reference is displayed in artifact view cross reference field with
    • Branch name
    • Last push date
    • Last SHA-1 pushed
