    Artifacts in trackers with workflow generate way to much SQL requests

    With quite simple workflow (4x4 matrix) we can quickly end up with 1900 SQL queries to display an artifact and 900 queries at update.

    Management of PostActions and esp state based one (hidden & frozen) are quite simple and recompute everything without any form of caching. Let's grab some low hanging fruits and save a tiny part of the forest.
