    Exercise: Using the Rest API

    In order to learn how to deal with asynchronous code with async/await and Promises. It also allows to learn how to deal with "loading state" and "error state". Finally, it allows to learn how to deal with authentication tokens.

    Retrieve the top 5 people who have the greatest number of open requests assigned to them in the Tuleap project of Tuleap.net. The result is sorted by the number of requests in descending order. The result must be displayed as HTML on the screen (for example in Vanilla TypeScript or with VueJS).
