    GitLab tags that contains a reference to Tuleap should be backlinked

    ATM when one includes "TULEAP-XYZ" in a commit message or a merge request, the artifact XYZ in Tuleap will be updated with a cross reference to GitLab.

    However, if one does an annotated tag like git tag -a -m "TULEAP-1234 Release 1.0" v1.0 the corresponding Tuleap artifact will not be updated.
