    Cross references in Tuleap Git tags should be extracted

    In the same spirit than request #20918, when one reference a Tuleap item in a git annotated tag pushed to Tuleap, the reference should be created:

    $> git tag v1.0 -m "rel #1234 Product v1"

    This comes with a new cross reference git_tag in the form git_tag #repo_name/tag_name Git view of tag should display the referenced elements.
