    Move to npm 7

    npm 7 has been released a while ago but we were unable to upgrade due to the fact that the *shrinkwrap hooks are not executed anymore . Since it looks like it's not going to be fixed anytime soon and that ultimately we only need it because of our repositories architecture we should probably not rely on it anyway.
