the 5th bug has the number 5, not 2453
I have a new static field that gives a per tracker numerotation. Does not have to bug the main ID of the artifact.

Given I have ten artifacts and I show the report, I can sort then from one to ten without having to manually give each on of them an int ID.

Feature almost done. All I new now is to update the autoloader and write some more tests.

Already functionnal, if you want to give it a try.
