I do not loose my time by having to submit first, then edit to be able to choose my linked artifact.
Given I have a tracker of projects and a tracker of request
When I submit a new request
Then in ArtifactLink field I see a button [=o] (it is a magnifying glass, see button used on artifact update page for reference)
And I click on it
Then an overlay appears
And I select an artifact in the projects tracker
And I validate my selection
Then I submit my artifact
And the choosen artifacts are linked to the new one
