    I don't have to be project administrator to create & delete baselines as well as read

    • In baseline, there is a an administration panel that allows to do the configuration.
      • For baseline administrators: The selected groups will be able to create & delete Baselines as well as Diffs in addition to project administrators
      • For baseline readers: the selected groups will be able to see baselines & diffs
        • When one cannot read the baseline service, it shouldn't be displayed at all (as for other services)
    • In project admin > permissions baseline is listed to get access to the configuration.
    • In project admin > permissions per groups, baseline permissions are aggregated here
