    Take into account Jira REST createmeta depreciation (Jira 9 support)

    The current calls of the Jira REST API createmeta is depreciated since Jira 8.4 and will bhe removed for Jira 9.0[1] Our import tool must use this new way of retrieving the information if possible (regarding flavor and version).
