    Mirrored milestone links cannot be deleted/updated

    In order to prevent wrong deletion/edition of artifact links that handle the mirror of programs, we have to prevent users to delete/update this kind of artifact links. This must be done in :

    • [x] REST route blocks deletion
    • [x] REST route blocks update
    • [x] Artifact view
    • [] Artifact modal
    • [x] Legacy artifact modal ?
