    Development environment should route emails to mailhog by default

    Historically we hacked arround transport_map to avoid having mails routed toward existing users. In the meantime we introduced mailhog (request #11375) to catpure emails in a convenient way.

    Nowadays there is no reasons to keep transport_map hack, we should default to mailhog.
