    fetchChangesetValue does not have the right parameter type for report

    \Tracker_FormElement_Field_Priority::fetchChangesetValue is expecting a Tracker_Report for $report parameter, but parent definition \Tracker_Report_Field::fetchChangesetValue is expecting an int for $report_id parameter. We should have a common definition accross all inheritance.
