    Migration should be run with a script

    As of today, Migration from legacy mediawiki to standalone should be done with REST call.

    However this call can be quite long and can be terminated by either Tuleap client timeout or nginx timeout. It's more safe to run the migration with a script in CLI.

    This script already exists but doesn't mark the instance as ready after having been run.
