    Overview

    Baseline experiment proved to be useful and two main axes of development are foreseen:

    • Ability to extend what is part of the snapshot (as of today, milestones)
    • Provide more useful output (as of today, limited to a static tree view of milestone contents)

    In the context of regulated development, there is a strong need for better snapshots of projects in the context of audit. The typical question being:

    Show me the state of exigences/risk/etc when this defect arose

    Baseline also provides feature for comparison between two snapshots. This feature is more used by project management teams to identify deviations in plans. This part is not covered in the current epic.
