    "Artifact can only have one parent" is confusing

    In artifact modal, the sentence "Artifact can only have one parent" + badge on the artifact type is confusing. It should be removed:

    • add " (already set)" suffix <option>'s label
    • add title attribute on the <option> that contains "{artifact #134} can only have one parent"
