    Trash the old pull-requests angular overview

    When Tuleap 15.0 (planned for mid-september) will come out, It will be almost 4 month since the release of the new pull-request overview.

    The old UI was kept as a fallback if some users encountered issues with it.

    We did not receive any major regressions tickets, let's remove it.
