    Missing border on outline labels in the labeled items configuration

    When editing a Labeled items widget in the dashboards, the outline labels don't have any border. By default, they are grey on white, it makes it hard to figure out that they are a "badge" and that the little cross icon on the left is linked to the label. We should add a border to make the whole look like a badge.
