    Jira import must add assignee field in card semantic

    When importing data from Jira into Tuleap, in both project import modes (mono-tracker and multi-trackers) and in solo tracker import at tracker creation, we have to have the assignee field in the card details so that this information is easily displayed in Backlog/Kanban
