    Use NodeJS 20.x LTS for Tuleap node apps

    Tuleap currently has 2 Node apps: tuleap-realtime and mathoid-cli. Both are currently packaged using @vercel/pkg and while it served us well for some time this is now problematic:

    • it is bundled with an outdated version of Node 18
    • upstream maintenance is slow/not present
    • due to the way it pulls the Node binaries it seems to not play well with the latest versions
