    Date formatter adds 1 year in some dates

    Given a tracker with a timeframe semantic configured to start date and end date, and given an artifact in this tracker with a end date set to the last day of the year (for instance December the 31th), then the artifact tooltip or the roadmap widget will add 1 year to the defined end date.
