Once a generated QP is approved, it cannot be disapproved.

Expected :

1. When the institute admin attempts to remove approval, a warning message should appear on the screen stating: "QP is already approved. You cannot disapprove it. Please contact the admin if you wish to remove approval."

2. Only the admin has the authority to disapprove QP. When the admin tries to remove approval, a warning message should appear on the screen stating: "You are about to remove approval for the QP. Are you sure you want to proceed?"
