    Allow ONLYOFFICE to download multiple times an item

    It appears that recent versions of ONLYOFFICE are sometimes doing multiple download calls when opening a document. Not sure when it does that but at least PDF files are concerned.

    This is problematic because Tuleap invalidates the download token immediately after its first use so ONLYOFFICE complains that the download failed on the second call.
