In the Document app, there is a checkbox "Apply permissions to all sub-items" in the permissions modal of folders.

If you click it, then close the modal (either cancel, submit, click the backdrop or the cross in the header) and open the modal again, then the checkbox is still checked.

This behavior is misleading because it can make users think that the permissions are currently applied to the whole document tree.

Its value should be reset to avoid confusion.
