    Flaky Milestone DB integration test

    The following command fails due to incorrect DB setup:

    make tests-db SEED=1721749648

    testItRetrievesOnlyNotDeletedMilestones expects to find one release milestone but NOT a bad sprint and NOT a bad other submilestone. With this seed, it does not find the release milestone.
