    Pull requests sort options should be Newest/Oldest

    It is currently Newest/Latest, which mean the same thing.

    Newest is supposed to sort the pull-requests from the newest pull-requests to the oldest.

    Oldest is supposed to sort the pull-requests from the oldest pull-requests to the newest.
