    Allow to disable anonymous git web browsing

    Due to the current level of AI bot scrapping, we need extra measure to protect ourselves.

    Bots are do not care about robots.txt, they change IP and even User Agent so filtering at IP or nginx level is not really possible.

    In order to get some rest, we introduce a configuration option to disable the ability to browse repository to anonymous users because this navigation triggers git operations that are disk and CPU intensive and degrade the overall performances.
