Update default templates with Cross Tracker Search

Templates provided by Tuleap, when they are used on with Cross Tracker Search must have new dashboards.

Kanban template is updated as described below. It's not linked to cross tracker search but it's a good opportunity to improve this template.

  • Kanban

    • Kanban (dashboard)

      • Kanban (widget)

For templates available in the community version, there are two strategies. Existing dashboards remains untouched, however, if cross tracker Search plugin is installed and active, the following templates are deployed.

  • Scrum

    • Dashboard

      • Column Left (small)

        • Project Milestones

      • Column right (large)

        • XTS

          • All open artifacts (in self)

          • All artifacts assigned to me (in self)

  • Issue Tracking

    • Dashboard

      • Column Left (small)

        • Heartbeat

      • Column right (large)

        • XTS

          • All open artifacts (in self)

          • All artifacts assigned to me (in self)

For the following templates, the existing dashboards are replaced by the new ones.

  • Full ALM

    • Dashboard

      • Column Left (small)

        • Project Milestones

        • Heartbeat

      • Column right (large)

        • XTS

          • All open artifacts (in self) excluding artifacts from "Test Executions"

          • All artifacts assigned to me (in self)

  • SAFe Agile Release Train

    • Dashboard

      • Roadmap

      • Kanban

    • Full Train view

      • XTS

        • All open artifacts in (self, aggregated)

        • All artifacts assigned to me in (self, aggregated)

  • SAFe Scrum Team

    • Dashboard

      • Column Left (small)

        • Project Milestones

      • Column right (large)

        • XTS

          • All open artifacts (in self) excluding artifacts from "Test Executions"

          • All artifacts assigned to me (in self)

  • SAFe Portfolio

    • Dashboard
