    GraphOnTrackers should not use open list fields

    It is currently possible to setup a graph on a tracker report with an open list field. But then the graph is broken as this field is not handled.

    Instead of working on extending old plugin graphontrackersv5, we prefer to "just" limit the setup phase by removing open list fields from the select box.

    This choice is related to epic #42226
