    Setup formatter/linter for files other than PHP/JS/SCSS

    Tuleap is now a multi-language/ecosystems app but we currently only lint/format our main files (mostly PHP, JS/TS and SCSS).

    I'm going to leverage treefmt-nix to support other languages.
