You are right it's somewhat close to both post-actions and field-deps

But we decided to dedicate a new interface to ease management for the impacted tracker so we can have a clear view of what action in another tracker will affect it.

For field dependencies, it's meant to be integrated as a part of the workflow anyway at mid-term.
But the challenges are not quite the same (field dependencies tricky part is the JS UI for values filtering)
