In very old instances (like my and tuleap.net) we can encounter duplicated services (e.g tracker) and duplicated references.

We didn't find the root cause yet. We suspect that this has been fixed a long time ago. Existing duplicated entries are mainly due to the fact that new projects are created from existing projects which contain already the issue. Cleaning those projects should eradicate the issue 🤞
