    Remove unnecessary and outdated jest-environment-jsdom package from @tuleap/plugin-roadmap-widget

    This also resolves CVE-2026-3449 of @tootallnate/once (one of the transitive dep). The security issue was not really an issue for Tuleap, the code was only called during test execution.
