When my user preference language is set to French, some parts of Tuleap are incorrectly shown in English :

• Baseline service
• List of OAuth2 apps in site administration
• List of OAuth2 apps in project administration
• List of authorized OAuth2 apps in user preferences
• Project timetracking widget
• Tracker workflow transitions administration

Additionally, some of the "List picker" components also show a "placeholder" sentence when in English when they are empty and nothing has been selected :

• List picker in the "old" Artifact links field (to select a Parent artifact in a tracker hierarchy)
• List picker to select list values in the Done semantic administration
• List picker to select list values in the Status semantic administration

There isn't a single cause, some changes were forgotten when changing the bundler to Vite as part of request #27938, some have been forgotten for a longer time.
