In request #46359 we have updated the whole code for tracker report exports both csv and xlsx. But it has broke behavior for multi-tracker exports.

After the previous request, we simply put each level one after others on a column basis. But before it was all aligned along rows with for each artifact of a level its linked artifacts.

For example if artifact A in tracker 1 is linked to artifact B and C in tracker 2, we should get something like that:
