    Remove PHP5.1.6 support
    As of today the support of PHP 5.1.6 slows down our development pace and leads to bugs like request #6524.

    As there is very few instances still running with PHP 5.1.6, we will provide missing packaging materials to migrate a plateform to PHP 5.3.

    This means build rpm packages for 32bits.

    This work is included in sprint 67 starting next week.
