    TV3 to TV5 : a float field with no value generate errors in XML import
    When i migrate a TV3 to a TV5, and I've got several changeset with no value for float field, I've got the following XML :

    <field_change field_name="field_16" type="float">
    <value/>
    </field_change>

    This raises an error because of the float field must have a xsd:float value
