Mirroring mass update: manifest file updated before gitolite configuration

Hello

When we use mass update feature to replicate a list of gits to a mirror, manifest file may be updated by tuleap, before gitolite configuration is updated.

This is a problem as mirror will get manifest and start to clone gits, while read access for mirror is not added yet => clone commands fails.

Could-you update Tuleap to be sure rights in gitolite are updated before manifest is updated ?
