    Sometimes children of backlog items cannot be drag and dropped in planning v2

    Given that I am in the Top Backlog Context OR a milestone context and given for example a User story with at least one Task as a child, sometimes when I try to drag and drop the Task to another User story, then nothing will happen, I won't be able to drag it
