    Wrong permissions on /etc/tuleap/plugins set at install

    Error msg: "/etc/tuleap/plugins//cardwall/etc/config.inc does not exist" after upgrade of Tuleap from 8.10.x to 8.11.x. 

    I checked /etc/tuleap/plugins/cardwall/etc/config.inc. Indeed, it's not there. But why? I didn't erase anything. 

    OS: CentOS 6.7
