    mod_perl can not be loaded by Apache on a fresh install
    When you do a fresh install of Tuleap the file /etc/httpd/conf.d/perl.conf is empty is empty which can prevent Apache to start if you use a SVN repository with mod_perl (token enabled for a repo for example).

    The expected content of /etc/httpd/conf.d/perl.conf is in /etc/httpd/conf.d/perl.conf.rhel.
