    Tuleap caches are not cleared when a plugin is removed
    When you remove a plugin, Tuleap caches are not cleared which could break things.

    How to reproduce:
    1. Remove AgileDashboard plugin
    2. Menus in the top navbar do not work anymore until you manually clear the caches
