    The pull requests badge should only display the number of open pull requests
    Given a git repo with pull requests,
    When I navigate to the repo details, I see a badge with the number of pull requests.

    This badge should only show the number of open pull requests. That way, when I abandon or merge an open pull request, the count should decrease.
