    Import content from SVN core into SVN Plugin
    Done:
    -> repository import (with svnadmin dump)
    -> Tuleap settings (SvnaccessFile, Notifications...)

    Remains:
    -> add a clit tool to purge already migrated repositories
    -> externals url should be correct after migration
