Add to Aggregator Backlog

In Top Backlog Planning view, the Backlog Items can be promoted (moved) to an Aggregator project Top Backlog.

  • The action is available in the Backlog Item action drop down (like "Remove from top backlog").
  • The artifact is removed from Contributor project Top Backlog

In Artifact view, for Top Backlog Items only, the artifact can be promoted (moved) to an Aggregator project Top Backlog.

  • The action is available for any artifact from trackers that are defined in Top Planning configuration
  • Same rules applies than for "in project" explicit backlog management

Remove from Aggregator Backlog

Remove is only possible for artifact that are not planned yet.

From Top Backlog of an Aggregator project, it's possible to remove from Backlog.

  • The backlog item is moved back to Top Backlog of corresponding Contributor project

From artifact view of a Backlog Item that was previously moved to Aggregator Top Backlog

  • The backlog item is removed from Aggregator Top Backlog but is not added to Contributor Top Backlog
