    Link to change date format when importing a CSV does not go to the appropriate section

    Reproduction steps:

    1. Go to a tracker administration
    2. Start importing some artifacts with a CSV file
    3. Click on the Change import/export date format link

    The link goes to the 'Account Information' section when it would be preferable to directly link to the 'Edition & CSV' section.
