    homogenize pull-request labels styles

    The pull-request labels in the new overview and in the angular app have different styles :

    1. Labels on the dashboard are basically displayed by a read-only Select2. We could get rid of it in the process.
    2. Labels boxes in the headers of the Commits and Changes tabs can be removed (select2 as well).
