    Item draggable detection improvement
    On Scrum Agiledashboard, in the planning view

    In any backlog item When I click on links (e.g. backlog item's id), in the dropdown to add a child or when I click on the "move to top" and "move to bottom" arrow buttons,
    Then the backlog item will be considered draggable.

    It should not be draggable as we are clicking on interactive content (a link, a dropdown, etc.) that is marked with a 'data-nodrag="true"' attribute.

    This was fixed in Kanban Agiledashboard when we migrated to the new lib dragular but was not changed on planning view.
