    Remove Subversion authentication mod modmysql and modldap
    As announced previously (https://tuleap-documentation.readthedocs.io/en/latest/deployment-guide/intro.html#end-of-life-for-the-subversion-authentication-mod-modmysql-and-modldap) these 2 mods are end of life and are completely replaced by our usage of modperl.
